By using this website or app, you agree to hold Real Speech harmless and therefore Real Speech , it’s owners or it’s affiliates cannot be held liable for posts or comments left on the pages herein or use of personal data for ads, security or any other reason as deemed necessary by Real Speech or it’s partners.
The posts and comments are by community members and may or may not align with our founder’s or CEO’s personal viewpoint nor with yours. We will not edit or delete posts for not aligning with our or your personal viewpoints or world views.
Posts are made by others and fall under the first amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. Your religious, political, sexual orientation or any other view or belief is your own personal viewpoint. Others may not agree or align with your personal viewpoints.

Hateful posts may be subject to review by Real Speech and if reported by other users as hateful or overly hurtful, such posts may be removed.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Sexual content, nudity, profanity and other content deemed as inappropriate for family viewing and will be deleted. Frequent posting of such material could result in being removed as a user from the site.
Real Speech does not ‘fact check’ posts. Posts are only opinions. Even from so called News Agencies or governments, posts are only their opinion. Read and react to posts with this in mind. Hateful comments to posts will be deleted if reported.
Other than that, post away. If you believe the world is flat, the sky is not blue, people are from Mars or what ever, that’s on you. Opinions will not get you kicked out for not aligning with the founder’s opinions and beliefs. This is not Facebook This is Real Speech!

The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Uploaded images must not contain nudity or other provocative content as this is a family friendly site.
Donations to Fundraisers:
Acceptance of any contribution, gift or grant is at the discretion of the Real Speech Fundraiser Administrator. The administrator will not accept any gift unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of the Real Speech Fundraiser Campaign being supported by you the donner.
No irrevocable gift, whether outright or life-income in character, can be accepted. The Real Speech Fundraiser Administrator will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of gifts and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation.
The Real Speech Fundraiser Administrator will accept donations via checks, PayPal, debit or credit cards. Gifts of in-kind services will be accepted at the discretion of the campaign owner directly.
Checks must be payable to the Real Speech Fundraiser Campaign Author, not Real Speech.
You are welcome to message the fundraiser campaign author to arrange a Venmo or other direct payment as well. This is a good method to help if you wish to remain anonymous as well.
Certain other gifts, real property, personal property, in-kind gifts, non-liquid securities, and contributions whose sources are not transparent or whose use is restricted in some manner, cannot be accepted through Real Speech Fundraisers.
The Real Speech will respect the intent of the donor relating to the desire to remain anonymous. With respect to anonymous gifts, the Real Speech Fundraiser Administrator will restrict information about the donor to only those staff members with a need to know.
The Real Speech Administrator will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders’ fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift or a donor to the Real Speech Fundraiser.
Please understand that card processing fees and staff time involved in deposits, tracking and payments will cost 10% of the donation.
Please consider adding the processing fee of 10% to your donation so the campaign you are supporting will receive the full target amount received.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
By visiting or using Real Speech, you agree to the sharing of data for site security, ads and site improvements by default and agree to hold Real Speech harmless for data sharing.
Real Speech does not sell your personal information.
How long we retain your data:
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data:
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
